Ingredients
80g oats (blended)
158ml plant milk (we used oat)
135g banana (1 large ripe - weight to ensure correct amount is being used)
Method
Blend oats
Blend in milk & banana
Pour into mixing bowl & sit aside for 10 minutes
Add 3 tablespoons of batter into the middle of a medium/ hot pan
**you can chose to add bananas and blueberries on top if you like here**
Cook for 4 minutes on each side
